Pre-order means that the product is temporarily out of stock and you can place an order for our next batch of inventory. Each product page indicates the estimated date when we anticipate that next batch to arrive at our warehouse. Please note that this is an estimate which may vary. If there are significant changes to the estimate, we will inform the customers who have ordered those products by e-mail. Please note that emails regarding pre-orders will not be delivered if marketing is prohibited or you have left our mailing list. In order for those messages to be delivered, you can subscribe to the newsletter on our website.
When the product is back in stock, pre-orders will be fulfilled in chronological order they were received. Please note, that in pre-sales cases, order handling times may be longer than usual because of the higher quantity of orders to be fulfilled. We do not make partial deliveries in pre-orders.
You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation in your email when your order is leaving from our warehouse to the shipping company. Please notice that it may take a couple of days for tracking info to be updated.
If you want to change or cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer service by email at email@example.com. If your order has not left our warehouse yet, we can cancel it and process a full refund if requested or we may be able to modify it.
