We handle reclamations via email. To make a notice of defect, please send us an email to customercare.eu@acon24.com and follow these steps:
1. Take pictures of the defect(s) and attach them to the email. Be sure to take pictures of both the defects themselves, and the entire product (if applicable - to assist our customer support in determining the defected component)
2. Write a short description about the defect onto the email.
3. Attach copy of the receipt or the order number to the email.
