If a product is missing from your order, please see the packing list if all the products were shipped. Sometimes we might've ran out of stock momentarily and we will ship a product as soon as it's back in stock. If the packing list states that a product was shipped but it's not there, please contact our customer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
