You will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email once your package is about to leave our warehouse. This message includes the tracking number which you can use to track your order online. If it seems like this hasn't come through, please contact our customer support for assistance.
To track the package, please press the Package ID/Paketnummer/etc. number (in this case, the one starting with 00364-). Follow the link to visit DHL/DPD tracking.
Bear in mind that we do not have access to exact delivery date estimates. In order to receive an ETA for your package, please contact our freight partners directly.
Large consignments: Contact DHL Freight - they will be able to locate your package with your DHL order code (the one starting with HEL-EC-). Be sure to contact your local DHL Freight, rather than DHL's general customer support.
Small consignments: Contact DPD - they will be able to locate your package with your Parcel Label Number.
