If you notice an error or damage in the product, please contact our customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The complaint must be made as soon as the defect/damage is noticed.
We handle reclamations via email. To make a notice of defect, please follow these steps:
- Take pictures of the defect(s) and attach them along with the email. Be sure to take pictures of both the defects themselves, and the entire product (if applicable) to assist our customer support in determining the defected component.
- Write a short description about the defect with the email.
- Attach copy of the receipt or the order number with the email.
We always handle reclamations with high priority.
